Vibe Coding Showcase: 12 Incredible Projects Built by Everyday People
From retail managers to fund accountants, how vibe coders are shipping real products using tools like Bolt, Cursor, v0 and Lovable etc.
Hey friends! 👋
The response to my spontaneous Vibe Coding Showcase tweet has been absolutely incredible. Within a day, I’ve received 40 submissions from builders across the globe who are proving that technical barriers are becoming a thing of the past.
Today, I'm excited to spotlight 12 featured projects - real people building real products using AI-assisted development. I’ve also included their exact vibe coding tool kits and frameworks so we can all learn together.
These aren't just Figma files or mock ups, they are fully functional products and some of them are even generating real revenue. Unfortunately, to keep this article brief, I am only featuring 12 but I’ve decided to add rest of the submissions I’ve received into a database/directory and share that publicly soon.
But first, what strikes me most about these builders? They come from incredibly diverse backgrounds - retail management, fund accounting, UX design, marketing - yet they're all shipping functional software using cutting edge tools like Cursor, Bolt, Claude, and Lovable.
Hope this collection inspires you to jump into vibe coding :)

What I’ve noticed:
Looking across these 12 featured projects, several powerful patterns emerge:
The tools are truly working: From Cursor and Bolt to Claude Code and Lovable, builders are finding success across every major AI-assisted development platform. The ecosystem is mature enough that you can pick almost any tool and ship real products.
Vibe coders belong to all walks of life: We have retail managers, fund accountants, UX designers, marketing grads, and engineering students all shipping polished applications. Domain expertise is becoming more valuable than coding skills.
Speed is the new competitive advantage: These builders are shipping complex applications with payment processing, user authentication, and AI integrations in days, not months. Gaurabh built dynamic pricing algorithms as a designer. Zeng shipped a full platform with zero coding background.
Personal problems still make the best products: Whether it's new parent challenges (Zeng, Balázs), career transitions (Ryan, Kamal), or professional tools (Hari, Tanmay), the best vibe coding projects solve real problems the builders understand intimately.
Ready to Start Building?
If 12 people from completely different backgrounds can ship real products, so can you. The technical barrier has been obliterated - what's left is identifying the right problem and taking that first step.
What daily frustration in your life could become someone else's favorite app?
Start there. Pick Cursor, Bolt, v0, Claude Code, or Lovable. Give yourself 1 week. Ship something imperfect but functional. Join this incredible community of builders who prove that in 2025, ideas matter more than code.
