In today’s brief edition, I wanted to spotlight an emerging investor. I met her on Twitter a few months ago and have been following her explosive journey from afar. Meet Paige Finn Doherty, who’s a young and talented community builder, a children’s book author on venture capital and an ambitious fund manager.

I recently chatted with her briefly on Racket and loved her story so much that I decided to do a longer interview on my “Build In Public” podcast.

Paige is building Behind Genius Ventures (BGV), a $5m early-stage fund that invests in product-led growth companies with a focus on GenZ & underrepresented founders. In our conversation, we get into Paige’s origin story and what brought her to the venture space, how building in public on Twitter helped her launch a children’s book on venture, and why she’s driven to invest in product-led companies.
